We always recommend requesting the maximum number of tickets you will need when placing a group order. We will check your request against availability and confirm the request in the form of an invoice. You have no obligation to buy any of the tickets that have now been placed on hold for you, but know they are all on hold and the invoice provides you with a due date by which time the final number of tickets you need must be paid. So, you then have an option on the tickets. When you pay, you cannot increase the number of tickets but you may reduce with no penalty, provided your final numbers don’t drop below the group minimum. Once payment is made, the sale is final.

Within the Orchestra section, rows H, S, T, and U feature wheelchair and transfer spaces, with mostly step-free access. However, be aware that there may be a single step up or down to seats in this section behind row H.
For those who prefer the Mezzanine, it is situated one level above the Orchestra, with an incremental two steps up or down per row, and includes two wheelchair seats and two transfer seats. To facilitate easy access to the Mezzanine and other levels within the theatre, elevators are readily available for patrons with limited mobility.
Additionally, a wheelchair-accessible unisex restroom is conveniently located on the second level of the theatre.
