This workshop explores the collaboration of the orchestra and the vocal performer. A Broadway conductor and a Broadway actor discuss the intricacies of the musical stage and how they work together in producing something magical, while being consistent with an eight show week. Both professionals will discuss the use of sound and how it has changed the Musical Theatre. Topics covered range from rehearsing, performing, maintenance, and what is expected of a Broadway professional in the musical theatre. 90 minutes in length. A minimum of 20 participants is required.
