Located at 250 West 52nd Street, the Neil Simon Theatre offers step-free access from the street to both the lobby and Orchestra areas. Seven wheelchair-designated seats can be found in rows U and V of the Orchestra and adjacent companion spaces. Additionally, eight transfer seats are available on aisles in rows G, J, P, and S.
It's important to note that the venue has no elevators or escalators. Theatre representatives are available to meet patrons in the lobby and assist them to their seats, but it is recommended to bring a companion if possible. A wheelchair-accessible unisex restroom is conveniently situated on the Orchestra level for guests' convenience.
