When placing a group order, it is advisable to request the maximum number of tickets you will need. After checking availability, we will send you an invoice to confirm your request. You have no obligation to purchase any of the tickets that have been placed on hold, but please note that the invoice will include a due date for payment of the final ticket count. At this point, you have the option to make changes. While it is not possible to increase the number of tickets, you can reduce them without any penalty, as long as the final numbers do not fall below the group minimum. Once payment is made, the sale is considered final, and the tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

It is important to note that the main entrance at 219 West 49th Street has two small steps leading to the entrance. Wheelchair spaces and companion seats can be found across rows J to O in the Orchestra, which is entirely step-free.
Additionally, six transfer seats are available across this section.
Unfortunately, there are no elevators or escalators at this venue. For convenience, a wheelchair-accessible unisex restroom is located on the ground floor of the theatre. Enhancing the theatre experience, the Ambassador Theatre provides at-seat service for drinks and refreshments.
