You select a section of the theatre when you place your request, prices vary depending on the section you choose, you do not select specific seats. You can book your Chicago Broadway group tickets online or by calling our Broadway Inbound office.

After you place a request for group tickets, our group sales representative will confirm your tickets are available. Once confirmed, you'll know the exact seat location when you receive the invoice. 

The running time is 2 hours and 30 minutes, with one 15-minute intermission.

Chicago is playing at the Ambassador Theatre. The theatre is located at 219 West 49th Street, between Broadway and 8th Avenue. The theatre has a long and rich history and has housed some of the best productions in the world.

The choice of seats is very subjective and personal. Generally, seats closer to the center of the theatre , or closer to the front of the theatre, are considered to be the best.  Some guests prefer the Mezzanine, others prefer seating in the orchestra and aisle seats are always in high demand.  Broadway Theatres are intimate, particularly in comparison to most regional theatres, so the choices are plentiful. Your budget may very well determine what the best seats are for you and your group.

The show is recommended for tweens and up. Please note children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the theatre.

VACCINATIONS NOT REQUIRED: Proof of vaccination or negative test are no longer required to enter the theatre. All audience members must wear a mask at all times inside the theatre, except when eating or drinking in designated areas.

It is best to arrive at the theatre at least 30 minutes before the show is scheduled to begin.

There is no specific dress code. However, general dress code guidelines for attending a Broadway show suggest that patrons dress in smart casual attire.
