Video: Todrick Hall Will Join Broadway’s Kinky Boots

Acclaimed vocalist Todrick Hall, whose Broadway credits include Memphis and the original production of The Color Purple, will join the cast of the Tony-winning musical Kinky Boots, producers Daryl Roth and Hal Luftig announced August 16. Hall will step into the role of Lola, the part created by Tony winner Billy Porter, November 1, 2016-March 5, 2017.

He will succeed Alan Mingo, Jr. in the hit musical, now in its fourth year at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street).
