When Dee Dee and her Broadway cohort set out to become celebrity activists and get a little publicity, they find themselves at a high school in Indiana, advocating for a student who wants to bring her girlfriend to the prom - despite the small town's parents' desires to keep things on the straight and narrow.

In this new video, hear Beth Leavel sing "The Lady's Improving," the song that marks Dee Dee's transformation from self-involved Broadway star to, well, a slightly less self-involved Broadway star who also cares about other people.
