To celebrate its five-year anniversary on Broadway, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child has announced a series of celebratory events. Titled “5 Days of Magic” and slated to begin on April 19, they will include in-theater giveaways and an in-person lottery.
At the April 19 matinée performance, attendees will experience a presentation from the New York City Mayor’s Office. On April 20, a video will be released of the Broadway cast performing a moment from the production at the outdoor sky deck Edge.
Fans of the show will be welcome to attend an in-person lottery at the Lyric Theatre on April 21 beginning at 4:30 p.m. There will be 50 tickets located within the first five rows of the theater available for $5 each. The drawing will take place at 5 p.m. Those who enter the lottery will also have the chance to win additional prizes.
