FIT Ticket Delivery

All FIT tickets are delivered electronically to the designated email you have selected, in advance. Some will be delivered based on the sale date, and others will be delayed until closer to the performance date. Broadway Inbound will be delivering tickets via a URL link emailed from yourtickets@broadwayinbound.com. When the email is received, the recipient can click on the URL and it will lead them to a mobile ticket that is able to be scanned in at the theatre.

Instant

• Ticket links will be sent within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Delayed

• Ticket links will be sent 2 weeks prior to the performance date/time.
  
  • For example: If the performance is on December 15, 2026 at 8:00PM, tickets will be sent on December 1, 2026 after 8:00PM.
• E-tickets are not available for Masquerade. Guests will receive their password from boxoffice@masqueradenyc.com 24 hours prior to their performance.
  • The password is the guest's ticket. All guests must present a valid photo ID. The name must match the name associated with the order.
