Help ensure your group has the best experience at the show! Sharing these simple tips will let everyone know what to expect, prepare for the show, and have a great time at the theatre. Need more help? Contact the Broadway Inbound team at info@broadwayinbound.com or 866-302-0995.

Getting to the Theatre:

  • Double-check your performance time. Account for traffic and plan to arrive at the theatre at least 30 minutes early.
  • If your tickets are at the box office, a group leader should go inside to pick them up, while all other group members remain outside.
  • Everyone needs to have their own ticket as they enter the theatre.
  • You will pass through security before entering the theatre, so please have your bags open and ready to be checked.

Theatre Rules

  • Please be respectful of the theatre staff. They are here to help ensure you, and all of our guests, have an enjoyable and safe time. If a staff member engages with you for any reason, please treat them with the same courtesy and respect with which you would wish to be treated.
  • Avoid bringing large bags or luggage to the theatre. Space is limited, so don't enter with anything that can't fit under your seat.
  • Any chaperones should be seated with their group and are responsible for their group’s behavior.
  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the theatre, unless medically necessary. Theatre policies vary, so check ahead of time.
  • Latecomers may be seated by theatre management at an appropriate break in the show. Late seating policies vary by show.

Once You’re Inside:

  • Keep your tickets out and available to show theatre staff; an usher will direct you to your assigned seats. Remember, every theatre is different! Even and odd numbered seats may be on opposite sides of the theatre.
  • Only sit in the seat that corresponds to your ticket. If you must leave your seat at any point, allow your fellow theatregoers in your row to stand up to let you by, as opposed to climbing over others.
  • Be respectful of your fellow audience members and performers. Keep talking and other noise to a bare minimum.
  • Turn off your phone and don't use it during the show. Video recording and photos are not allowed during the performance.
