Meet the 2024 Tony Award Winners

The 77th Annual Tony Awards, held on June 16, 2024, recognized outstanding Broadway achievements for the 2023-2024 season. Stereophonic won Best Play, while The Outsiders took home Best Musical. Appropriate was awarded Best Revival of a Play, and Merrily We Roll Along secured Best Revival of a Musical.

In the acting categories, Jeremy Strong won Best Leading Actor in a Play for An Enemy of the People, and Sarah Paulson won Best Leading Actress in a Play for Appropriate. Jonathan Groff and Maleah Joi Moon won Best Leading Actor and Actress in a Musical for Merrily We Roll Along and Hell's Kitchen, respectively. The supporting actor awards went to Will Brill for Stereophonic and Kara Young for Purlie Victorious: A Non-Confederate Romp through the Cotton Patch.

The event, hosted by Ariana DeBose, featured performances from notable nominees like Suffs, Hell's Kitchen, Illinoise, and The Outsiders.
