Broadway favorite Kerry Butler has joined the cast of the upcoming Off-Broadway revival of Heathers, to star as Ms. Fleming and Veronica's Mom. The casting reunites Butler with composer Laurence O'Keefe, after both launched their careers with Bat Boy: The Musical Off-Broadway in 2001.
The show, written by Kevin Murphy and O'Keefe, is coming back to New World Stages, where the musical made its Off-Broadway debut in 2014. This staging comes via London's The Other Palace, where the musical became a long-running hit that even got a live stage filming.
