The theatre recommends that guests arrive at least 30 minutes before the show begins.  Please check with a Broadway Inbound representative as some theatres currently request that guests arrive at a specific time depending on where they are seated.

The Gershwin Theatre can be accessed step-free from street level through the arcade located between 50th and 51st streets. Guests can choose between double doors or revolving doors to enter the main lobby. Theatre representatives are on hand in the hall to assist guests with disabilities, escorting them to designated wheelchair-accessible areas using either elevators or escalators.
Two step-free areas in the auditorium are designed explicitly for disabled patrons: one at the rear of the Orchestra section on the third floor and another in the Mezzanine section on the fourth floor.
A wheelchair-accessible restroom is available on the second floor, and additional restrooms with wide stalls can be found in both male and female restrooms on the fourth floor.
