Broadway Inbound’s FIT services were
established for the travel industry only
to provide the most direct connection
possible between you and theatre box
offices.
-
Broadway Inbound will only provide
tickets to Qualified Travel Industry
Clients (QTICs), specifically for use in
packaging and optional sales or through
a qualified meeting planner direct to
attendees of a meeting or convention.
In cooperation with the theatre owners, the
shows participating in our FIT program will
determine their travel industry FIT rates.
For these individual sales, Broadway Inbound
does not mark up the price of the ticket or
require any mandatory cancellation
insurance; tickets to shows or specific
performances not in the program may,
however, carry a nominal handling charge.
Broadway Inbound will post special “travel
industry only” pricing on the Broadway
Inbound website and/or will otherwise inform
the QTIC of such pricing for tariff
updates.
The QTIC agrees to resell tickets provided
through Broadway Inbound only to end users
from outside the metropolitan area of the
theatre or venue as part of a travel package
or to attendees of meetings or conventions.
2. Vouchers/Claiming Tickets:
Customers may pick up tickets at a theatre
box office anytime on the day of the
performance for which they are confirmed.
We strongly encourage you to issue vouchers
for claiming tickets. A sample voucher and
instructions for creating vouchers is sent
to you upon registering as a QTIC.
If vouchers are lost or cannot be issued for
any reason, your passengers may simply
present a photo ID at the theatre to claim
their tickets.
At the time of
booking, you may also opt to have tickets
sent to the Broadway Inbound office for
pickup by you or a representative of your
company.
This option is
only available for reservations placed at
least ten (10) days prior to the date of the
performance, and tickets booked as such
cannot be cancelled or refunded.
3. Changes and Cancellations:
Changes and cancellations may be made to FIT
orders confirmed through Broadway Inbound up
until eight (8) days in advance of the
performance date for tickets booked at a
discounted rate, and up to four (4) days in
advance for tickets booked at the full
posted box office rate. Again, no
cancellations or changes are permitted on
tickets sent to the Broadway Inbound office
for pickup. Some shows do not allow
cancellations at all. In those instances,
you will be notified of the non-cancellation
policy at time of booking. |
